ParentRecord documentation system
Private Documentation System — For Fathers

You're a good dad. In family court, that isn't enough. Proof is.

Every missed exchange. Every ignored text. Every day you showed up. Documented — quietly, in minutes a day — so your parenting time is decided by facts, not by whoever tells the better story.

You are not alone

If any of this sounds
uncomfortably familiar…

"She's telling the judge I was never around. I coached the team, I did the school runs — I just don't have it written down."
"Every time she's late for the exchange, she has a new excuse. If I push back, I'm the one who looks 'aggressive.'"
"My texts are polite, hers are hostile — but I'm the one being warned about my 'tone.' I need something the court can actually read."
"I have screenshots, emails, receipts. My phone is a mess. Nothing lines up. Nothing tells a story."
"My attorney says 'document everything' — at $400 an hour. Nobody shows you how."
"I'm terrified that if I don't get organized, I'm going to become the every-other-weekend dad my kids grow up resenting."

This isn't a character problem. It's a paperwork problem. US family courts don't decide based on who was the better parent. They decide based on what each side can prove — with dates, structure, and patterns a judge can scan in ten minutes. Nobody teaches fathers how to build that. The system doesn't hand you a template. Your attorney bills you to figure it out.

That's exactly why ParentRecord™ exists — and why so many dads wish they'd found it before the first hearing.

The only custody tool she will never find out you're using.

OurFamilyWizard, TalkingParents, AppClose — every "co-parenting app" is built on a shared login. She sees when you post. Her attorney can request the export. Your unfiltered notes end up in her hands. ParentRecord™ works the opposite way: it lives inside your personal Google Drive. No shared account. No app on her phone. No server her lawyer can subpoena. You decide what gets printed, when it gets shared, and who ever sees it.

Nothing is shared

She never sees it

Sits in your personal Google Drive under your login only. No shared account, no app on her phone, no email alerts, no crossover with any co-parenting platform.

You decide what to show

You decide what leaves the file

Write freely. Vent honestly. Then choose exactly which pages you print, hand to your attorney, or file with the court. Your raw notes never surface where you didn't put them.

Nothing can be used against you

Nothing can be used against you

No third-party server for her attorney to subpoena. No discovery surprise where your late-night notes get read out in court. What you don't publish, no one can weaponize.

Two parents. Two stories. One judge who has 20 minutes and no way to know who's telling the truth.

Testimony from memory carries almost no weight — and dads who show up "just telling their side" consistently lose ground to the parent who shows up with paper. Three things move a US family judge, every time:

Written facts

The ParentRecord™ Bundle: your private case file, built one entry at a time.

  • Log incidents in 60 seconds — late exchanges, no-shows, denied visits, ignored schedule requests, last-minute schedule changes.
  • Record what your kids come home saying — in structured, court-safe language a judge will actually read.
  • Prove the pattern, not the argument — a chronological timeline beats "he said / she said" every time.
  • Track every text, every expense, every school and medical decision — without the emotional wording opposing counsel will highlight.
  • Hand your attorney a ready-made file in 10 minutes — instead of paying $400/hr for them to organize your inbox.
  • BONUS #1: ParentRecord™ Communication Library — 250+ court-safe message templates so you never send an angry text again.
  • BONUS #2: ParentRecord™ AI Prompt Pack — 60 copy-paste prompts that rewrite any draft into calm, factual, judge-safe language.

What dads in the exact fight you're in say

Your next hearing is already on the calendar. The dad who walks in with a binder is not the same dad who walks in with a phone full of screenshots.

Denied weekends become "scheduling misunderstandings."

Ignored agreements become "communication breakdowns on both sides."

A pattern of behavior becomes "an isolated incident opposing counsel is overblowing."

And "I want 50/50" becomes "every other weekend and every other Wednesday" — for the next decade.

The dads who leave court with the parenting time they wanted didn't get lucky — they started documenting months before. 60 seconds a day. When the judge asks for proof, it's already sitting in front of them.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can't find an answer? Email us at info@parentrecord.store.

Can she — or her attorney — ever see what I'm documenting?

No. ParentRecord™ lives entirely inside your personal Google Drive under your own login. It's not a shared app, not connected to any co-parenting platform, and not hosted on a third-party server that can be subpoenaed. She has no way to know it exists. You are the only person who ever sees the raw file — and you choose which pages leave your hands.

Can what I write be used against me in discovery?

Documentation that stays private is documentation that stays yours. Because the file lives in your personal Drive (not on a shared platform's server), there's no third party for opposing counsel to subpoena a copy from. You control what gets printed and shared. The bundle also includes guidance on writing in the neutral, factual tone that holds up under cross-examination — the opposite of the emotional entries other tools encourage.

I'm not a tech guy. Will I actually be able to use this?

Yes. If you can open Google Sheets and drag a file into your Drive, you're already set up. The Quick Start Guide walks you through every step in plain English — no jargon, no video course. Most dads are logging their first entry within 45 minutes of purchase.

My case started six months ago. Is it too late to start?

No — and yes, sooner would have been better, but that's true of every dad who finds this. Start today. Use texts, emails, photos, and calendar entries you already have to backfill what you can remember. Even a partial timeline is dramatically more powerful than what most dads walk into hearings with. The bundle includes a specific "Reconstruct Backwards" template for exactly this situation.

Is this a subscription? Do I pay every month like OFW?

No. One-time $39. You receive everything instantly, copy it into your Google Drive, and it's yours for life. No monthly renewal. No account you have to keep paying to log into. No price hike next year. One payment, forever access.

My attorney already told me to "document everything." How is this different?

Every attorney says "document everything" — because they're not going to organize your phone for you at $400/hour. The problem is nobody tells you how: what format, what tone, what fields, what evidence to attach, what to leave out. ParentRecord™ gives you the exact structure a family court judge or GAL wants to see — so your attorney can spend billable hours on strategy, not on turning your text screenshots into a timeline.

What if I only have one thing to log right now?

Then that's exactly the moment to start. Courts don't respond to isolated incidents — they respond to patterns. And patterns only exist for the dad who was already logging when the next incident happened. Start today with one entry. In 90 days you have a 90-entry chronological record. Wait 90 days and you're still telling the judge "well, this kind of thing happens a lot" with nothing to back it up.

Is this going to work in my state?

Yes. The system is built around the universal principles of US family court evidence — chronological facts, specific dates, attached corroborating documents, neutral language — which apply whether you're in California, Texas, New York, Florida, or anywhere in between. ParentRecord™ is a documentation tool, not a legal filing service, so state-specific procedure stays with your attorney where it belongs.
